Patricia Knaudt, MD
Psychiatrist & PRACTICE Owner
“I help you understand your mind with clarity, compassion, and science—so you can build stability, heal deeply, and move toward a more grounded, meaningful life.”
I’m here to help you uncover what’s getting in the way—and build the habits, insight, and emotional balance that support your long-term wellbeing.
Many people come to PSC after trying to manage things on their own for a long time. You may have already explored different kinds of therapy, relied on willpower, or pushed through periods of overwhelm, only to find yourself back in the same patterns. I understand how discouraging—and isolating—that can feel.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in whole-person psychiatry. I take the time to understand your emotional world, your relationships, your physical health, your routines, and the cultural and lived experiences that shape who you are. Together, we clarify what’s happening, identify the barriers that are keeping you stuck, and build a personalized plan that combines precise psychiatric care with evidence-based therapy and mindful, realistic lifestyle support.
You deserve care that is thoughtful, attuned, and effective—not rushed, not impersonal. My goal is for you to feel understood and supported as you learn new skills, strengthen your resilience, and build a life that feels steady and fulfilling. Healing is absolutely possible, and we’ll walk that path together, step by step.
